我想问的是：公办校若虚假招生，是否可以自由退学？是否可以全额退学费呢？
还有，不论公办民办，遭遇虚假招生是否可以索赔呢？
进一步来说，虚假招生该如何定义呢？
如果我没有记错，公办校已经有很多个被教育部红牌停赛的，还有好几十个被黄牌批评的。是不是属于虚假招生呢？
